Toronto Police raid Canna Clinic location for second time in one week

Toronto Police Services raided a Canna Clinic cannabis dispensary for the second time in one week yesterday. According to TPS, on Wednesday June 28, 2017, a search warrant was executed at Canna Clinic at 213 Ossington Avenue. Eight Canna Clinic employees were arrested. A search warrant had been executed at the same location on Thursday June 22, 2017, as part of Project Lincoln.

Police allege that  908.12 grams of marijuana oil , 73.52 grams of shatter , 8.3 kilograms of marijuana , 42.7 grams of hash and $4,941 in cash were seized.

The raids last week saw 80 Canna Clinic employees arrested, charged, and released on scene. It is also alleged that police seized one vehicle, 178 kg marijuana, 48 kg THC edibles, 6.8 kg shatter, 19 kg cannabis resin and over $350,000 in cash.

Calls to the 213 Ossington dispensary this afternoon were unanswered. Two of the eight locations answered their phone today and said they were still open for business.
